He was avant-garde, but he was also a victim of ignorant gutter stares.

Barbarism has no place at all in revolutionary ideals or standards.

The tragedy taking place in the Middle East should remind us how important a good, sound government is. The ideal of democracy, our wonderful constitution, the separation of church and state, freedom of the press, nobody is above the law, no dictators, no religious rule.

I’m not quite sure if I’m letting romanticism get the better of me at this point.

The closest thing a country has to the heart is a good liberal government. Two parties uniting, liberal ideals embracing conservative ideals, creating an efficient, humane government.
